Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form an agreement between you and the operator of ForexEye. Please read them carefully — especially the bold clauses — before downloading, installing or using ForexEye. By tapping "Agree", registering, signing in, or otherwise using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full.

1. Service

ForexEye is an FX market information and tooling application that provides live quotes, charts, technical indicators, an economic calendar, financial news, alerts and watchlist management (collectively, the "Service").

The Service is for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice, an offer or a solicitation. We do not offer account opening, order execution, matching, settlement or fund custody services of any kind.

2. Accounts and Access

Most features work without registration. If you create an account to enable cloud sync or similar features, you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials.
You warrant that any information you provide is truthful, accurate and complete; you bear the consequences of any inaccurate information.
You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account and should notify us promptly of any security incident.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to comply with all applicable laws when using the Service and not to:

Publish or distribute unlawful, false, defamatory, obscene, violent, terrorist or infringing content;
Scrape, cache, resell or commercially redistribute quotes or news data without authorization;
Use bots, scripts or other automated means, or reverse engineer, decompile or tamper with the Service;
Disrupt or interfere with the Service, or bypass its security or access controls;
Impersonate any person or organization or otherwise mislead others.

4. Intellectual Property

All IP rights in the App and its content (UI design, icons, text, images, source code, data organization, etc.) belong to the operator of ForexEye or the respective right-holders.
Rights in quotes, news and calendar data belong to their respective providers; you are granted a limited right to view and use such data within the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not use any content from the App for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

5. Risk Disclosure and Disclaimer

FX, precious metals and crypto markets are highly volatile and involve significant risk. Prices can change rapidly due to political, economic, currency and regulatory factors. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You should independently evaluate any decision based on your own financial situation, experience and risk tolerance.

All quotes, news, indicators and economic data displayed in the App come from public sources or third-party providers. We make no express or implied warranty as to their accuracy, timeliness or completeness.
We are not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from data delays, errors, network failures, maintenance or force majeure.
Nothing in the App constitutes investment, tax, legal or other professional advice.

6. Third-Party Services

The App may contain links to third-party websites, services or content (e.g. source news articles, broker websites). We do not endorse third-party content and are not responsible for its availability, accuracy or legality. Any transaction between you and a third party is solely between you and that third party.

7. Advertising and Promotions

The App may display advertisements or promotional content. Unless expressly stated otherwise, such content is provided by advertisers and does not reflect our views. Please use your own judgment before participating in advertised offers or purchasing third-party products.

8. Changes, Suspension and Termination

We may reasonably modify, upgrade, suspend or discontinue all or part of the Service, and will notify you within a reasonable time.
If you breach these Terms or applicable law, we may suspend or terminate your access without prior notice.
You may stop using the Service and uninstall the App at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data or goodwill) arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees you paid us for the Service in the preceding 12 months (or USD 20 if no fee was paid).

10. Minors

If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, please read and accept these Terms only with the consent and supervision of your legal guardian. We encourage minors to exercise sound judgment when using the Service and to avoid being unduly influenced by market information.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Revised Terms take effect once published on this page. Your continued use of the Service after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms; if you disagree, you should stop using the Service.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing which either party may bring the dispute before the competent court in the operator's principal place of business.
